Could be so much better if more training was provided
The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Staff were friendly, however rather young and didn’t really seem to have an idea about how to receive guests. (See below) After arriving too early to get into our room, we went off for a coffee nearby, the bar in the hotel is fully equipped but ‘never opens’ as we were told by the staff. A real shame cos it would be a great place to hang out in. When we got back to the hotel, after acknowledging the reception staff, we sat in the lobby. After sitting there for about 1/2 hour, I asked ‘you’ll tell us when our room is ready right?’ The response was, oh let me check and sure enough our room had been ready for some time. They just didn’t bother to check until I asked.
Reception staff are either inexperienced or suffer from lack of initiative due to their age. The never opening bar ought to be attended to.

Enjoyed our stay and would likely book again.
Pleasant location in a quiet, clean and affluent area. Several nice bistro/delis nearby. Staff were pleasant, helpful and there always seemed to be someone available.
Didn’t have a good night sleep on either of our 2 nights, we have both put this down to the pillows provided in the room. Didn’t want to cause a fuss asking if others were available. The restaurant/bar was closed when we returned to the hotel each night and upon arrival. Would have been nice to had the opportunity to experience this.
